Abstract

To date, the EEU member States are carrying out a set of necessary measures aimed at ensuring that customs control from the stage of declaring goods and their release is transferred to the stage after release. This allows you to organize control in the most simplified and efficient way. The complexity of the transition to post-control is that two conditions must be met: the organization of protection of national economic security and assistance in facilitating foreign trade.
